My sims can’t plan a wedding even though they are engaged

I’m not sure what to do at this point my sims are engaged but I’m not able to plan a wedding or select the event type someone please help

@G756  To be sure, this is without mods/cc ?If so, are you able to elope or does this also not work ? Have you tried with both Sims ?

My sims are engaged and every time I go to plan a wedding it says my sims must be in a committed relationship I can do everything else but pick a wedding venue&nbsp;

@G756 Check the current Broken/Updated Mods &amp; CC list. It could be TOOL Mod, which can just remove when you're not actively using it in Build mode.
