My sims cannot interact or form relationships

Question

My partner has over 500 hours on the sims so I really want to help him without having to start over. His favourite sim is unable to meet new people, build relationships, woohoo, and is uninteractable to every other sim. All he can do is take selfies with fan.
We’ve so far uninstalled every single mod, copied the character to gallery and moved him, removed him from the family and readded him. We’re out of ideas and can’t think of anything else.
Any suggestion at all is welcome

@aja9nifdstf8  Does he not have the options anymore or does he just not do them ?Does the same happen if you added them to a brand new save game ?

The option buttons don’t show up at all, and the problem carries across the saves.&nbsp;

It should be under the name ClassicSlassic. I’ve included two photos, him sim interacting with other characters can’t introduce himself, or build relationship off the available interactions.&nbsp;

@aja9nifdstf8  what's your account name there ? I can't find anything under your ahq name and I can't find anything called ClassicSlassic in the gallery either.
