My sims can't save to either my library or my gallery....Help!!
So this began happening recently,
Funnily enough my cc sims could save (I had made two households then)
But when I was done making a new household in CAS mode, I couldn't save it to the Library or Gallery :'(((
I checked a lot of forums and stuff and I did the following to try to fix it:
Move the 'The Sims 4' Folder in Documents and move it to the desktop and make the game make a new folder
Repair the game with the EA App (like 2 times now)
Remove the cc and mods and try the game again, which did work and I could save the sim to the library but as I put the cc and mods back, I couldn't save anymore.
Now, I did in fact had some broken cc and I read it could be the reason so I deleted the ones I could see.
But I'm guessing that's not all of them because My sims still wouldn't save.
So now I'm lost and sad I can't save the sims I've worked literal days on. :'(
I can't even use the sim tray importer to remove any cc straight from CAS because I literally can't save a household!
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Please help me!
Note: Show CC was enabled so that definitely wasn't the problem!
Hi @cloudywithacase . What you describe can be caused by not having updated Color Sliders and 15 Clubs Per Sim. Update those (assuming you have them) and delete the file called localthumbcache. Unfortunately, there isn't a fix that's possible without first exiting the game. If this doesn't help, you'll need to check the lists in Broken/Updated Mods and test your mods and CC in batches.
