My sims games continues to keep closing I have no Idea why
My sims keeps closing continuously when I press the button to play my sims, and I have absolutely no idea why. I can get into the main menu and everything but as soon as I hit the load game button or play button so I can get to my sims, it closes
@China2Crazy Can you start a new save? Please test, for comparison's sake, and let me know.
If you can't start a new save, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can into live mode.
If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
