My sims is completely broken

My sims is completely broken. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, I've repaired it many aswell. Also I removed all my mods. Also a bunch of random files appeared in my sims folder???

    Hello @O1i2 !  Those game file folders (data, EP and SP folders) should be in the program files folder.  Please navigate to this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4  and check that your game files are there.  It should look something like this.
