glitchy/incorrect icons

i’ve had this problem for a while now, maybe a little over a month, and i seriously don’t know what’s wrong. i looked up what to do and most sites say it’s a UI issue, but the only UI mod i have is MCCC. i deleted it, but that didn’t work. then i tried deleting some of the sliders i had thinking that could be an issue, but that didn’t work either. i tried to repair the game but that also didn’t work. any advice is appreciated and welcome!!!
