My sims seem to be in love with fireplaces.

@Valadenthys Actually, it looks like a bug to me. Seasons is inactivated in my game, so there's no weather but I noticed my sim keeps going for lighting the fireplaces in Vlad's mansion all over. I didn't notice this until I tried this sim because usually I don't place a fireplace in my own played households.
I've had to use MC Tuner to forbid lighting fireplaces after an infuriating incident where my vampire (they're apparently even more obsessed than regular Sims?) lit the fireplace, caught herself on fire, extinguished herself, took a shower to wash off the soot, then flew down as a bat and immediately re-lit the fireplace and practically stood in it.
IT'S SUMMER WILL YOU STOP! I swear lemmings have more sense than Sims! UGH!!!
(I've noticed that once you come close to dying a certain way the game seems to make you autonomously repeat the action over and over. Is that my imagination, that once you oops once the game kind of "marks your Sim for fire/freezing/whatever"?)
- @xochiquetzl_xkvn My sim is a human sim who is sleeping,eating, and bathing in Vlad's mansion. He is not Vlad's housemate. He is only a visitor but keeps living in Vlad's house. Vlad is not obsessed with fireplace but my human sim is.
There's currently three different bug reports for fireplaces.
