Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When my sims go to work I saw a event bugs on top left side its show no time it's doesn't tell the timer of event goal title says ##.##PM in the description says 1234567890123456789012345 on the vet event goals says TITLE TEXT on the parties event goals says TITLE TEXT in the description says Time Text.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens
What do you expect to see? I expected to see that there no event goals or anything not showing that says ##.##PM or anything that I tell earlier.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
