I am also having this same issue. I updated and went to open my save file and i can get to the point of picking which household i want to play with but it will not load and will eventually hit me with the same error code (error 135:2cec3921:ecc18a37).

I was having the same issue with the same error code. I fixed it by deleting all mods that were identified as broken on this site: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mods-CC-Issues/Broken-Obsolete-and-Updated-Sims-4-Mods-1-110-October-22-2024/m-p/14181798
And secondly, I downloaded Better Exceptions by TwistedMexi and it showed me which mods were conflicted. After removing those mods, my entire game is fixed. Find the download to Better Exceptions here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/99403318
Any chance you could share the Mod that was creating an issue? I have checked all my Mods against the known broken ones and updated them all, aside from all the CC. All script mods and the "big" ones are updated.
I keep on getting this same error message, and Better Exceptions isn't helping as it can see there is an error but can't identify a broken mod or anything conflicting. I'm a bit at a loss here...
