I'm having this same issue and it's so confusing. I removed me entire mods folder, repaired the game, deleted thumb cache and it still won't load my hosuehold.
i'm still doing the 50/50 mods test at the moment. Hoping to find the culprit Mod(s) before end of day.
Still working my through and narrowed down the problem to one of these mods....
Still testing so hoping to find out which one it is...
@nathaneous1 That Simmiller mod broke a long time ago. See "Previously Broken" in Broken/Updated Mods & CC
Also, check your KiaraSims careers/gigs for updates.

Ive jus updated Kiara and Kuttoe (new update released minutes ago) and going to test now...
