My Sims won't open with mods

Hi.

I moved my Sims to external drive (mostly because it takes too much space on my computer), and I could open the game normally before I added the mods. When I finally added the mods the game won't open and I get this (image below). When I remove the mod it tells me to, it just show different one.

All my mods are updated. What can be the issue? How can I fix it?
