my ui broken

some of my ui is broken. I think its beacuse of some of the mods I have but i have no idea which one. I've tried you use BE but it keeps showing a mod from ages ago. I followed countless videos on youtube trying to fix it but it still is broken. I've gone through the videos i used to download them with and checked the equipments since I only have base game. some of them work, like the notification ui. but the menu screen shows in weird bubbles. and the needs is messed up aswell. I have no idea what could be wrong since i've tried everything
