my wedding stories

Hi! I can't play the Sims 4 My Wedding Stories game pack. Every time I host a wedding event (no matter which one it is) I get no event timer or goals, just four icons at the top that all glitch out like the screenshots show. You can't edit them or delete them once they're up – the only way to continue the game is to completely exit without saving. EA have refused to offer me a refund as I have bought this game twice (the first time they refunded and removed it from my game which deleted ALL of my save files and ruined 5+ years of work, so i had to rebuy and am still facing the same issues. They refuse to refund this one, they won't give a reason.) EA have also hung up on me when I called for help which is just great considering how much the phone call cost me. Can anybody help meeee?

    @jessiicas 

    EA's Great game guarantee does not cover packs so that you at one point refunded the Sims 4 itself has nothing to do with it.

    What you show look like a result of broken mods. When you update the game you also need to make sure any Mods and CC are updated as well.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    If you look at other postings here you will see that there are several issues with this pack. I can recommend Carl's wedding fix mod that help with many f the issues. we can not link to mods here but you can google it.
