My Woman Sims are in Black Color

I deleted all my mods and it still seeing like this, I also deleted the cache and the last crash because when I tried to download in the gallery at first my sims, the game crashed.

I had deleted all the Sims 4 cache files except for the localsimtexture.package because I thought it was important. So far, my Sims haven't turned black again, sothat's why I've marked this answer as the solution.
