Need help interpreting Better Exceptions report

Hi everyone! I just received an exceptions report when booting up my game today and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do here. I uninstalled my onedrive and cleared the recently deleted folder in my account but I still get the notification popping up when I load my save. I have been experiencing crashing issues when I play the game so I'm not sure if this is related but I was going to try the 50/50 method. I've also organized my mod folder and deleted any duplicate/conflicting mods.

I'd appreciate any help possible! Thank you!

    Do you have more than one mailbox on the lot?

    The game appears to be trying to transfer inventories between them but can    't. If you have more than 1, delete the other(s).

    Make sure to delete your localthumbcache.package file     and test your game again.

    That's all what I can see from that error message, because it's only a fragment.
