Hi there @GiardiniDiMarzo 

These files will appear if there is an error in the game's script, or an an error with mods or CC. It is safe to delete these files, but I would recommend you check that any mods or CC you use are fully updated and that you also delete the localthumbcache.package file in the game folder. You can then run a repair on the game by right-clicking the game tile in your Origin library and selecting "Repair" there. This should clear up your Sim's zapping around issue that you're seeing as well.
