Let's talk about Mods (and please specify if you're using Windows or Mac)... what's in your folder(s) right now?

With my resource.cfg file set up like Deaderpool suggests, I'll show you mine... 3 pictures. I nested some of my package files. The last I heard, script files HAD to go in the main Mods folder. Is that still true? Or does doing this to your resource.cfg file change that?
