new cc not showing up

Question

all my newly added cc wont show up in game it is all in the same folder as the rest of my working cc but wont appear in game. they are the same file type and I have tried updating and resting my game but nothing will work. no matter what cc I add and no matter where from it wont show up in my game but all my previously downloaded cc it fine. I can see all my new cc files when I go into the files application but in game they don't show on the cc tab where you can see all you downloaded content. please help ;-;

@HollyDolly66&nbsp; Please double-check which user folder Sims 4 is reading:

And compare the file path to that folder with the file path to the new custom content you've added.&nbsp; (You can see it above the list of files and folders.)&nbsp; It's possible you have two Sims 4 user folders, one of which the game is reading and the other where you added your new cc.

If the cc is in fact in the same folder the game is reading, please remove all the new cc and then download one new item using a different browser.&nbsp; Let me know whether it works.
