New Expansion Pack won't show in game

I bought and downloaded Businesses and Hobbies yesterday, loaded up my game today and the game does not recognize it. When clicking on 'Packs owned' in the start up menu it just has a grey box with 'WWW' on top. I have already tried:

  • Verifying the integrity of the game files.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the Sims 4.
  • Restarting my PC and the steam and EA app.

I purchased the game and the new EP on steam. If anyone has any ideas of how to fix this I would be eternally grateful.

    UPDATE!
    Hi everyone I managed to fix it! For me it was Zerbu's 'All Worlds are Residential' mod, so if anyone else is having the same issue it's worth checking to see if you have the latest version :)

    Same issue for me...I am on a Mac.  The game tells me I own the pack but I can't access the world.

    Update:  I tried one more time to exit, and reload and it worked!   Thought I would share.

    mismatcheds0cks APGJamie  Do you have any mods or custom content installed, and if so, does it help to remove them?  If not, please post a screenshot for reference.

    APGJamie  Please let me know whether you've installed the game through the EA App or Steam.

    Game Screen that shows the world greyed out, Says I own it and need to download it. And a shot inside of game showing I have the "stuff" 
    I have not Un-installed as I don't want to loose those special event trinkets
