New Expansion Pack won't show in game

I bought and downloaded Businesses and Hobbies yesterday, loaded up my game today and the game does not recognize it. When clicking on 'Packs owned' in the start up menu it just has a grey box with '...

    UPDATE!
    Hi everyone I managed to fix it! For me it was Zerbu's 'All Worlds are Residential' mod, so if anyone else is having the same issue it's worth checking to see if you have the latest version :)

mismatcheds0cks APGJamie  Do you have any mods or custom content installed, and if so, does it help to remove them?  If not, please post a screenshot for reference.
