New game werewolves already have temperament and points without shifting

Hi all I have a new issue with werewolves. I play on PC and I haven't updated to the new high school patch yet. Yes I use CC, but it's mostly clothing and appearance stuff with a few scripted ones. ...

I tried using carl's better werewolf cheats to remove the temperaments, but a ghost image was left behind like it's still there.

Ideas?

Anyone?
