New game werewolves already have temperament and points without shifting

Hi all I have a new issue with werewolves. I play on PC and I haven't updated to the new high school patch yet. Yes I use CC, but it's mostly clothing and appearance stuff with a few scripted ones. ...

My main save is doing it now to. I tried to make a new one just to see what would happen and she spawned in with temperament, fury, and points. Help please? Anyone?
