New pack - CAS clothing red and white blocks with question marks

Hi, 

I've bought a new expansion pack, but I can't use the stuff from the pack. When I want to use the new clothes and things, the only thing that appears is just red and white blocks with question marks. I tried repairing the game and deleting the cache, but it doesn't work. I also dont have any CC, so I don't really know the cause or what to do.
