New patch/ HSS issues

Some bugs I am noticing:

1. When hiring staff, like yoga instructors at the spa or home chefs two Sims are spawned to do 1 job .

2. My Sims are always in outerwear after I return to a lot/ come back from CAS

3. Wolves will rage run and check their mobile phones

4. Dine out is even slower, chefs spawn outside, I have not been given a meal since the new patch

5. The HSS long hair with 2 strands and hairband is the wrong shade of brown -  see comparison image attached

6. Who is messaging me on the app, myself?  How do I get followers?

7.  My Sim is unable to create looks at Thriftea - she just goes from rack to rack...

Mods: UI cheats and MCC both updated

"Fixed" game through Origin

No CC
