No embarrassment when showering between family members

I'm glad you asked and the Privacy Tweak mod was mentioned because at my house growing up, such extreme body shame was not the norm and we were Americans. I find it strange that a family member in the game can't use the bathroom for anything just because someone else is in the shower, too. For us growing up, gender or body parts didn't matter: everyone has to pee, and when you gotta go, you gotta go, and I guess my mother was pragmatic about it, because anatomy was never a taboo or secret, so it was about as interesting as noses and elbows. XD
