No Mods folder?

I recently got a new laptop. Haven’t played sims in years. So I made a new origin account and bought the sims 4. I was trying to download some mods when I realized I’m missing the folder. I looked for it on my whole pc and in both program files. Nothing. So I opened sims selected enable mods and custom content. Closed out and still nothing. So I uninstalled both sims and EA games. Reinstalled and still nothing. I then factory reset my entire laptop and reinstalled everything and still nothing.
