No mods folder

So I recently redownloaded sims on my new MacBook Pro. This time through EA since I guess origin isn’t around anymore. I use to have a mod pack when it was origin so ik I have to put it in the “Mods” folder. I went to do the same thing this time around except I DONT HAVE a mods folder. I tried creating one, didn’t work. I tried seeing if the folder would appear while the game was running, it didn’t. Duz this new EA app just allow mods or am I missing something?

    @jbizly  The Mods folder has nothing to do with the EA App; it should be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.

    If you're viewing the iCloud Drive version of Documents, or think you might be, click Macintosh HD (or whatever you've renamed your hard disk) in the left panel, then Users > your username > Documents.

    @jbizly 

    The mods folder is created the first time you start the game. You can not just create your own mods folder as the game only uses the one it created.

    It didn’t create. That’s where I’m having the problem. Before, when I used origin, I had a mods folder. But this new EA app doesn’t have one
