No option to replace broken object

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When an appliance breaks, click on it, see that there is no option to replace the item.
What happens when the bug occurs? I click on a broken appliance to replace it but there is no option to replace it. Only to fix it.
What do you expect to see? An option to replace the appliance and the ability to do so.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
When an appliance breaks in game, I click on it to replace it but there is no option to replace. I can only fix the object. This has happened on sinks, fridges, toilets, and tubs.
It's most likely one of your mods that's at fault.
I just tested this by using Zipzap to break one electronics item, one kitchen item, and one plumbing item. I got the Replace option on all three of them, along with options to Repair and Hire Repair Service. Of course, I used Repairio instead, which even cleaned the dirty sink. I have all the packs that you have except for Horse Ranch but I don't have any mods or custom content. That's why I think it's probably one of your mods that's at fault.
