No pop-up for custom pronouns
I'm trying to use custom pronouns but the pop up is not there pls help

When i select the custom pronoun option the pop-up doesn't show up.
- @lovehamsters100 Have you made sure that your game has been updated? Are you on the English version of the game as this update is currently for the English version at the moment
@Cozapalmtree yes I have updated my game but when I chose the option for custom pronouns thepopup doesn't appear

@kussentje111 Please move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package, then test. You can start a new save rather than opening one of your existing ones if you'd prefer.
If that doesn't help, please list your game version, which you can see in the lower-right area of the screen or along the bottom. Please list the entire number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

- @KelFromOmori Please remove your Cc/mods and test if it appears without them. If it doesn't you'll need to find out which one is causing it.

I have the latest update but i can still not change my sims pronom
I go to cas - first name - last name
Then there is nothing more after th first and last name no dropdown.Hello,
I am having an issue where he/him - she/her - they/them options are working, but when i click "customizable pronouns" the pop up to allow me to enter my pronouns in isn't coming up anymore like it did at the start of launch!
