No Spellcaster eye no Mermaid eyes in human form

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, Dine Out, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Spa Day, Strangerville, Home Deco, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Laundry, Toddler, Kids Room, Movie, Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a spellcaster or merperson in CAS or download one off the gallery that has occult eyes set
What happens when the bug occurs? Only default non-occult swatches appear. Downloaded occults default to brown eyes.
What do you expect to see? Occult eyes.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes. The problem still occurs with all mods removed.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I just got Realm of Magic yesterday, the mermaid eyes have been an existing issue.

I've tried removing all my mods, repaired the game in Origin, and deleted the localthumbcache file.
