No staff in restaurants or other lots that require staff. They don´t function.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter any lot that requires staff to function.
What happens when the bug occurs? No staff appears, can´t request a table, probably more I have found out about.
What do you expect to see? I enter the restaurant, dosen´t have to by an event but just with a random sim to pay for a meal. But I can´t request a table and there´s no staff. Can t press on the host table.

Hi! I have problems with my Sims 4 game. For months now, when I have loaded into the game and gone to a restaurant, bar or any lot that requires staff. The staff haven´t been there! In a restaurant I can´t request a table either. So the restaurants are just empty. And when I go to a bar, and I click on the bar it says "a mixologist has been hired" but none show up. How can I fix this?
