I turned off mods in my game and it did indeed work. Then O turned it on and updated some important mods as MC command center, LOT 51, UI extension and took out all mods with the file named related to "NPC" (and more) . But the problem dosen´t go away, NO staff still.
@verabravedragon Some mods that don't have available updates break this feature. Be sure to remove anything to do with increasing the number of restaurant staff, for example.
