Non-CC and CC Windows/doors issues

Hi all!

I recently bought Sims 4 and I love it already. My only issue is that since I started the game for the first time, there are issues with windows and doors. This also happens with the original windows, so no CC. I tried everything but I can't make it work ☹️ It just takes all the joy out of building. Please let me know if someone has a solution to this!
