None of my Sims will cook?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Cats and Dogs, and all the free packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ask a Sim with any level of cooking to cook
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter if I replace the stove, counters, or refrigerator, my Sims take ingredients out of the fridge, prep them, then give up, and give the "no route" pop-up over their heads before giving up.
What do you expect to see? I expect the sims to be able to cook the food.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
