OMG IT WAS A FREAKING PAN RACK!!! Thank you though, at least now I know how to check for corrupted files.

@RandomsimT Did you test multiple lots to see if the same issue occurs ?

Have you tried a game repair (through steam, verify game files)

If it's just that one house, please post a picture of your setup.
