Not able to click on objects or sims or options sims 4

I've been unable to click on any objects, sims or anything. Travel, phone and build mode still works. I've used the ORGIN REPAIR thing, and restarted my computer TWICE. (Windows 10, Asus laptop.) ...

Hi @lalamejia. Normally, not being able to click on a Sim is caused by outdated mods or mods that aren't properly installed. When you tested without the Mods folder, did you also delete the localthumbcache file?

I’m also having the same problem I know I installed the the mod correctly please help me on how to fix it so I can play with the Overall health mod

  @TDNFAN91 Who's mod is that? Make sure it's been cleared for the 1.103 patch and check the installation instructions.
