Not being prompted to place lots

You don't always get those prompts with the extra lots that come with some of the packs in every new save depending on how many packs you have. All those prompts really do, imo, is to let you know the lots are there. You can find all of the lots in your library as they are added when the pack is installed. So just take a look in your library and place those that you want to use.
