Objects dissappearing

Hi !  So i search for about 3 weeks before explaining my problem . I don't usually, I always find a solution because someone had that problem before me , but I didnt find my specific problem here . ...

    @crinrict Like i said in the post , i ve got no sims in the current house I'm building. So there's no household inventory ^^
