Occult XP bar will not longer load

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have everything.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You would go into the needs bar for the occult XP and it doesn't pop up as anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? I know it's most likely a mod causing it, however I don't know how to fix it as such. Every time I go into my game, my game options don't load up and they all have a red circle against each section. I have no longer control the speeds using 1,2,3 on my keyboard anymore. where the speeds are placed in game, they're just white squares as well as the occult section doesn't show up properly when going into the needs section. This started to happen either as the new patch came out, or just before. So I know its a broken mod somewhere. I just don't know where to go from here. I also don't have the lunar stages on the bottom bar nor in the calendar.
What do you expect to see? I wanted to just be able to change some game options, play with a new occult, and change the speeds normally, ugh...
