Occults are not an option

I started playing the Sims pretty recently, but I had no idea about occults because they are not in my game at all. There is no option in the CAS, nor are there any spawning on their own. I've tried ...

Purchase Get to work expansion to get Aliens. Purchase the Vampires pack to get Vampires. Purchase Realm of Magic to get spellcasters. Look at the description of other packs to see if something interest you.
