[OLD] Broken/Updated Mods & CC: Jan 31, 2023 Patch

Using the 50/50 technique, I found that Maxed Restaurant Start at 5 Stars by spgm69 (MaxedRestaurantv11_1Star) prevents group chat. A sim can only talk with one sim at a time, if a sim starts to talk to another sim too, the previous sim will automatically disappear from the conversation. (Except for "Tell group story", which works with this mod.) I tested it with using just this one mod in my game too.
