ItsKatato retired from modding and works for Maxis now. Adeepindigo adopted at least one ItsKatato mod. Any it depends on would need to be the versions adopted and updated by her or someone else. Which mod from adeepindigo are you looking at, and which mod does it use?

The only mod dependency Preteen (which adeepindigo took over from ItsKatato) is Lumpinou's Mood Pack. The info you need for that is on this page: https://adeepindigomods.itch.io/itskatato-preteen-mod, including a link to Mood Pack. Make sure you also have the packs it relies on and aren't using the mod it conflicts with. Those are listed on the mod page too. (Note: The download page says it also needs General Pie Menus and links to that. That's an adeepindigo mod package.)
I have all the packs from TS4, when I put the paste ItsKatato with the mod my game wont even load. I've tried with only the mod and along the others I have.
