first of all: the link is here https://kiarasims4mods.net/couple-events/ the link that you provided was wrong, it took me to go to event (click on it until a drop down menu come) then click couple section. secondly, all the updated mod that kiarasims provided (simsfileshare link) are broken, it showed me an error like this
amd the last, the download link (cursforge one) for renew vow event, it redirected to meet and greet event
