One parent cant pick up infant suddenly.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure as I'm not sure what triggered it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Mother can't interact with infants but father can
What do you expect to see? Both parents being able to care for children
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

So, my sim and her husband have a child and everything was fine, both could interact just fine, then suddenly when I loaded my game up yesterday, the mother wasn't able to interact with any of her infants. The dad however can interact with them just fine. The mother gets the route error bubble whenever I try to interact with the infants in anyway. I've tried resetting both the mother and the babies and that hasn't worked. I do have mods, but everything was fine up until this point, all of my mods are up to date and I don't have any that conflict that I know of. I've removed all my mods and now I'm trying to load the save and the save won't even load at all now so I have no idea what is causing this.
