One sim who cant move when using the "go to" button

Hey I've got an issue with one of my sims she can't fill her needs when i click on them, like sending her to bed. It's showing me the bubble she can't get there(inside the house) nothings locked I've tried replacing things and restarted my game. She can only get to the bed, toilet or other things in the house once I've teleported her inside but can't go in on her own. 

I've tried resetting her re-adding her and everything I cluld think of, my other sim in that same household isn't having any issues at all.

Once teleported inside she had no issue walking outside on her own at all.

Update: she can't use anything inside the house on her own autonomously.
