Only a few CC and mods are showing up in my game

Hi, I’ve recently repaired and updated my sims 4 after a CC crashed my game and I guess either the repair or updating got rid of my saved families along with my mods and CC in the game. Since I had to start over, I went into CAS to make a new family but only 2 clothing CC show up. I’ve tried different ways to fix this such as resetting my mods folder, enabling mods and script mods from game options, and updating any cc and mods that needs updating but nothing is working for me.
