Start by testing with no CC/mods at all: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
If that works, head to Broken/Updated Mods & CC (there will be a new thread for that when the game next updates) and Previously Broken
