@HisGoat Don't try to open the files. When you download a .zip, .rar, or .7z, you do need to extract it, but anything that ends in .package or .ts4script is already extracted and ready to use. So just drop it in your Mods folder.
If your browser is trying to open these files automatically, use a different browser instead.
