Parenting Predicament scenario unable to complete child aspirations

I'm trying to complete the Parenting Predicament scenario but the children aged up before completing their child aspirations and now I think the scenario might be broken now, it still wants me to complete child aspirations even though Sofia and Leonard are teens now. Not sure how to resolve this issue.
