Yes, THIS! I've also lost so much time/progress because I wasn't aware the options menu couldn't be accessed, thus preventing me from saving or exiting the game.

Hey all, 

We've been unable to reproduce this issue using the steps described in this thread since the Epatch was released. If you can currently reproduce this issue on an unmodded save, could you provide your save file for testing?
